Ingredients:
1.Rice-300 grams
2.Jackfruit pods(without seeds)-15 pces
3.Coconut -Scrapping half coconut
4.Green Chillies -4 Nos.
5.Salt to taste.
Preparation:
Sock rice in water a one hour and strain it. Add items 2 & 3 and grind it to paste. Chop the chillies and add it to the batter. Make the dosa pan hot and make Dosa. Serve it with Coconut chutney. Serves three.

Tomato Coconut Soup
Ingredients:
1.Tomato- 5 Nos. Medium
2.Coconut Milk -1/2 coconuts Milk
3.Carrot-2 Medium
4.Lemon Juice-1 Medium Lemon
5.Curry leaf- 1 Clove
6.Salt to Taste
7.Water-750ml
Preparation:
Grind Tomato and Carrot well in a mixer grinder to paste with little water. Add water, curry leaf and boil. Strain out the juice and leave it in small flame. Add coconut milk, salt and lemon juice. Serve hot. Sufficient for 3 people.

4.Cumin Powder– 5 gms
5.Water- 1 Litre
6.Salt to taste
Preparation:
Cut Beetroots and Tomatoes into small pieces. Boil items 1 &2 in water. When fully cooked smash the vegetable well and strain out. Then add cumin powder, salt and boil the soup for five minutes. Chop item 3 and spread over it. Serve hot. The soup is sufficient for 4- 5 people.

Fish Ball
1.Fish-200 gm
2.Potato or tapioca-100 gm
3.Green chilly finely chopped-2 Nos
4.Cooking oil-qs
5.Turmeric Powder-2 gms
6.Salt to taste
Preparation :
Clean the fish and boil. Remove bones from it. Boil the potato or tapioca and smash it to paste. Add boiled fish, potato paste, turmeric powder, and green chilly, salt and mix it. Make small balls. Heat the oil in a small deep pan and fry the ball in it until it turn slightly brown. Drain out oil.Serve hot as snack or side dish to any meal.

1.Tender Kovakka Cut long pieces-100 gm
2.Orange peeled and separated-2 Nos
3.Cabbage finely chopped-100 gms.
4.Pepper-crushed or powdered-2 gms
Preparation :
Mix item 1 to 3 items in salad bowl. Sprinkle pepper over it and consume. Serves 2 person This salad can reduce Blood Pressure if you consume a few days without salt.

Wheat flour 150 gm

Mix first three items in water and add salt to it. Keep this mix for one hour to get the dough come up good. Add finely chopped chilly to it.Make dosa pan heated with a dash of oil and make dosa. Serves 2 person.

Crushed rava 150 gm
Coconut Milk 300 ml

Scrape one coconut. Squeeze out coconut milk in concentrate. Add water to the coconut scrape and again squeeze out the diluted milk. Add rava to the diluted milk and boil. When cooked add concentrated milk and salt to taste. Serves 2 persons
