:
1.Muringa leaf 3 hand full
2.Kabooli Channa-50 gms
3.Water-500 ml
4.Lime juice (half lime)-10 ml
5.Pepper-crushed or powdered-2 gms
6.Jeera-Crushed or powdered-2 gms
7.Clove-1 pod
8.Salt-optional
Preparation:
Wash Kabooli Chnna and sock for 8 hours. Boil it in the same water until it become soft. Add Muringa leaf to it and boil. Add item 4 to 7 and use hot. Serves 2 person This soup can reduce Blood Pressure if you consume a few days without salt.
