Ingredients
1.Plain Rice-100gms
2.Cherupayar-100gms
3.Water-1.5 Litre
4.Coconut Milk- 2 cups
Preparation
Boil water,add washed rice and Cherupayar to it and cook until it become soft. Add Coconut Milk boil further.. Add salt to taste. Consume hot Ideal for every one. Serves two persons.
