Thenga Palkanji-Cocunut Milk Rice Porridge

Ingredients
1.Plain Rice-300gms
2.Water-1.5 Litre
3.Coconut Milk- 2 cups

Preparation
Boil water,add washed rice to it and cook until it become soft. Add Coconut Milk boil further. Consume hot. This can be taken either with salt of with Sugar. Ideal for every one. Serves three person
